Terms of Use

Tassel is a meme-coin launchpad, provided for entertainment only. By accessing or using Tassel, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Tassel.

• Not an investment; not advice. Tassel is not an investment platform and makes no promise of financial returns. Nothing on Tassel is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
• Crypto is extremely risky. Digital assets — including any token launched on Tassel — are highly speculative and volatile, and can lose all of their value. Be prepared to lose the entire amount you spend. Only participate with funds you can afford to lose, and do your own research first. You accept all risks of using a blockchain, including smart-contract bugs, network failures, and price volatility.
• Permissionless; no endorsement.Tassel is a public, permissionless platform — anyone can create a token. A token's presence on Tassel is notan endorsement, recommendation, or vetting by Tassel. We don't create, back, or guarantee any token; creators and their communities are independent of Tassel.
• On-chain, irreversible & non-custodial. Tokens and trades live on the blockchain. Transactions are final and irreversible. Tassel never custodies your funds or private keys — you alone control your wallet and are responsible for your transactions.
• Eligibility. You confirm you are 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live), that using Tassel is legal for you, and that you are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, and not on any sanctions or prohibited-persons list. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including tax.
• Fees. Launching a token is free (you pay only network gas). A 1% fee applies to buys and sells during the bonding-curve phase. Fee parameters are visible on-chain and may change for future launches.
• Acceptable use. Keep Tassel fun and legal. You may not create, upload, or promote:
  • ★ Illegal content of any kind.
  • ★ Child sexual abuse material — reported to authorities, always.
  • ★ Credible threats, harassment, or doxxing.
  • ★ Copyright or trademark infringement.
  • ★ Sexually explicit or graphically violent imagery.
  • ★ Spam, scams, or impersonation of other tokens, people, or projects.
  We may remove or hide tokens and content from the Tassel interface, ban users, and cooperate with law enforcement, at our discretion. Removing a token from Tassel's interface does not delete it on-chain — the underlying contract remains on the blockchain beyond our control.
• Your content. You are responsible for anything you submit (images, names, descriptions, links) and confirm you have the right to use it. You grant Tassel a non-exclusive license to display that content within the platform.
• No warranties.Tassel is provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tassel and its operators are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims — including lost funds or profits — arising from your use of the platform or from trading any token.
• Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tassel and its operators from any claims or damages arising out of your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law.
• Changes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Tassel, and update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

By using Tassel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
